Classes: Participants are divided into groups based on gender, weight class
and which exercises they compete in.

How a competition works
You compete together with your competition group.
Everyone in the group performs the same disciplines.
You have 3 attempts in each disciplines.
When all athletes have finished their lifts, the group moves on to the next
disciplines.
There is a break between the different disciplines.
