- 25 metres freestyle
- 25 metres backstroke
- 25 metres breaststroke
- 50 metres freestyle
- 50 metres backstroke
- 50 metres butterfly

Events – Category 2:
- 100 metres backstroke
- 100 metres breaststroke
- 100 metres butterfly
- 100 metres freestyle
- 200 metres freestyle
- 100 metres medley
Relays:
- 4 x 50 metres medley – mixed
- 4 x 25 metres freestyle – women/men/mixed
- 4 x 50 metres freestyle – women/men/mixed
Divisioning
The competition begins with a swim session.
You swim the events you are registered for.
The results from the swim session determine your group.
You are placed in a group with swimmers of approximately the same level.
This is done to make the competition as fair as possible.

About swimming
Swimming is a sport in which participants move through the water
using movements and techniques adapted to their individual abilities.
In competitive swimming, four main strokes are commonly used:
freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
Swimming is a well-rounded form of exercise that develops both strength and endurance.
